Veronika Haderlein-Høgberg holds a PhD in Linguistics from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich, Germany, and works currently with Siemens Foundational Technologies, Siemens AG's internal Research & Consulting-organisation. As a Senior Industrial Researcher, she helps business units make their Knowledge- and Data Modelling-processes more efficient in order to ease data integration and the introduction of FAIR data principles into the highly heterogenous data landscape of the Manufacturing Industry.
Previously, Dr. Veronika Haderlein-Høgberg worked among others as a Senior Information Architect with the Norwegian Tax Authorities, helping develop and introduce shared and standardized information modelling practices and corresponding infrastructures across public authorities and legislation bodies in Norway.
Dr. Veronika Haderlein-Høgberg combines a theoretical background in Information Science and Language Change with extensive hands-on-knowledge about the various needs of different communities of practice involved in the modelling process - Domain & Standardization Experts, Software Developers, Semantic Engineers -, enabling her to help make software solutions and the data they produce, more FAIR.
